As a Senior Principal Transformation Consultant at NTT DATA, you will be at the forefront of driving impactful change for our clients. You will use your expertise to advise clients and recommend innovative solutions that add genuine business value. Working closely with our sales team, you will engage in the presales process, develop strategies, and deliver presentations to help clients understand the potential of emerging technologies.
Your role will include leading client workshops with C-suite and senior-level participants, analysing client problems, and translating them into areas for improvement. You will oversee the entire solution set to enable business transformation for our clients, ensuring that opportunities are turned into innovative and practical solutions.
You will stay current with industry trends by attending conferences and actively seeking opportunities to improve our clients' businesses. Additionally, you will mentor less experienced consultants, fostering a collaborative and learning-driven environment. By leveraging your in-depth industry knowledge, you will guide the development of solutions that are both strategic and impactful.
Your technical expertise will be crucial in estimating project scopes and timelines. By conducting thorough business process analysis and value assessments, you will ensure that our solutions align with client requirements.

To thrive in this role, you need to have:
- Extensive knowledge of business transformation, consulting, and client engagement.
- Significant experience in a consulting or IT role within a large-scale technology services environment.
- Expertise in integrating solutions with business domains, industry standards, and best practices.
- Proven track record in business development, presales, and transformational consulting.
- Ability to lead and facilitate workshops with senior-level clients.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage processes through collaboration and understanding of business.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Management, or a related field.
