About this role

As part of the Value Creation team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our SaaS platform - Circles X. This role is for someone who wants to be a pivotal part of end to end deal cycles of global large transformative programs ; it's an opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking team that is reimagining the telco industry.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach in engaging prospects and closing deals.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations to showcase the value proposition and capabilities of our SaaS solutions.
  • Be the eyes and ears of all deals under pursuits and making sure key action items required are being proactively being worked up (including with cross functional stakeholders).
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential telecom clients that could benefit from Circles X solution.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives, and align our solutions accordingly.
  • Build robust financial models to support pricing decisions and evaluate profitability for prospective Telco SaaS deals.

What we are looking for

  • 6-8  years of experience in consultative sales or sales strategy roles, ideally in fast moving organizations. Telecom experience is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset, problem solving, should be able to deal with new situations and think through, should be comfortable with numbers
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and work collaboratively across stakeholders across different teams. This role requires working with sales / pre-sales / marketing / value creation / product to name a few. 
  • Inherently curious, having a research oriented mindset to question things and find the right answers
  • Creative, should have had experience in creating presentations and compelling story-lining for customer facing and internal presentations. 
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn in a rapidly changing environment.
