Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage the creation of designs for all Razer mobile apps, on both Android and iOS.
  • Create UI/UX designs for future versions of Razer Audio app, Razer Gamer Room app and Razer Controller app, including optimizing the existing UI visuals and UX flows, designing future UI sketches, wireframes, and eventually high-fidelity UI/UX, by analyzing app data, evaluating users’ activities and feedback.
  • Create design library assets for Razer mobile apps in Figma.
  • Review and find UI/UX issues, create Jira tickets on Atlassian (or other reporting tool), and follow-up until issues are resolved.
  • Collaborate with product developers and marketing, in Singapore and Taiwan.
  • Collaborate with other designers in Singapore office to ensure the UI/UX is consistent across different platforms.
  • Create UX keyframes and animations to demonstrate UI interactions, and to better work with engineers for UX implementations.
  • Supervise designer(s) in Singapore office and hold daily/weekly meetings as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pre-Requisites :
  • Live, breathe, love design!
  • At least 7 years of experience in UX design, preferably designing mobile experiences.
  • BS/BA/BFA degree in User Experience, Graphic Design/ Illustration/ Fine Arts or related fields.
  • Mastery of Figma, plus experienced with Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • Experience in motion design and micro-animations (experience with After Effects desirable).
  • Attention to details, excellent problem-solving skills.
  • An insatiable appetite for feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Creative and innovative thinking with a “why-not” attitude.
  • Excellent time management, organization & prioritization skills.
  • Great communication skills (visual, verbal, and written).
  • Understanding of user-centered design and testing methodologies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and exploration (not afraid of failing, getting back up, and trying again!).
  • Ability to communicate effectively and comfortably with team members; English language required.
