Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership

  • Develop and execute end‑to‑end recruitment strategies to support clients' workforce demands.

  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection activities.

  • Analyze talent needs, skills gaps, and hiring forecasts.

  • Oversee full‑cycle recruitment delivery, ensuring high-quality candidate pipelines and efficient hiring processes.

  • Drive sourcing innovation, including talent pooling, market mapping, employer brand activation, and analytics‑driven hiring decisions.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, talent pools, and referrals.

  • Uphold employer branding and ensure consistent positive candidate experience and hiring manager engagement.

HR Management & Operational Excellence

  • Oversee HR generalist and operational functions, including onboarding, employee data management, HRIS accuracy, contract administration, and employee lifecycle activities.

  • Implement and enhance HR processes to ensure compliance, consistency, and operational effectiveness.

  • Manage employee relations queries and escalate complex matters to internal HR leadership as required.

  • Support performance management cycles, contract renewals, and offboarding.

  • Provide HR reporting, insights, and dashboards to leadership for informed decision-making.

Financial Management

  • Determine financial goals and forecasting.

  • Conducting variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial performance assessments.

  • Supporting decision-making with financial insights.

Governance, Risk Management & Compliance

  • Ensure all recruitment and HR processes comply with local labor laws, company policies, and data privacy guidelines.

  • Oversee adherence to SLA, KPI, and audit requirements associated with staff-augmentation models.

  • Maintain documentation standards and support internal/external audits.

People Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead a team of HR and Recruitment professionals, providing coaching, direction, and performance oversight.

  • Drive a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and service excellence.

  • Ensure resource allocation and workload balancing to meet business demand.

Continuous Improvement & Transformation

  • Identifies opportunities for continuous service improvement.

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and lead process optimization initiatives across TA and HR functions.

  • Champion technology adoption (ATS/HRIS enhancements, automation, AI, reporting tools).

Knowledge and Attributes:

  • Excellent organizational and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written coupled with excellent ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients.

  • Experience in budgets and cost management.

  • Excellent time management, prioritization and delegation abilities.

  • Excellent focus on client centricity.

  • Highly focused on business outcomes.

  • Ability to guide the team through transformational objectives set out by the business.

  • Excellent ability to work across different cultures and social groups.

  • Ability to work well in a pressurized environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Required experience:

  • At least 8 years of HR and Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3 years at a managerial level.

  • Proven experience in staff augmentation, or HR service delivery models.

  • Strong knowledge of regional labor laws, HR operations, and recruitment best practices
