Part of the Regional team based in Singapore, the role is responsible for supporting commercialization, sales enablement, and market development activities that help regional and divisional teams grow pipeline, win new business, and deepen client relationships.

Drive commercialization and growth initiatives for Consumer Acquisition & Engagement solutions across Asia Pacific.
Identify revenue opportunities, emerging client needs, and market trends that can be translated into scalable growth strategies.
Develop value propositions, solution narratives, and sales plays that help position Mastercard's capabilities in a differentiated and commercially compelling manner.
Partner closely with product and market teams to bring new capabilities to market and accelerate client adoption.

Support collaborative partnerships across Mastercard including Sales, Client Services, Core Product, Customer Account Managers.
Identify opportunities to integrate CA&E capabilities into broader Mastercard conversations and develop joint go-to-market initiatives that expand reach and revenue potential.
