Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Rewards Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources team based in Singapore. The Rewards Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing innovative reward programs and strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent across the organization. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Rewards in Singapore, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our global rewards strategy and ensuring its alignment with business objectives.

o   Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies for regional markets, ensuring that they are aligned with market best practices and regulatory requirements.

o   Collaborate with cluster HR teams on implementing Group-wide or country-specific rewards programs or initiatives.  

o   Perform annual salary review to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.

o   Keep abreast of market trends and evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits programs in support of business growth.

o   Support annual budget & forecasting exercise.

o   Support the review and upkeep of policies/procedures in compliance with local statutory legislations.

o   Lead or participate in ad-hoc HR/Rewards/M&A projects.

The Company may assign duties in addition to those listed/described above and/or vary the scope of work according to business requirements.

Requirements:

o  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification in compensation and benefits is preferred.

o  Minimum of 8 years of experience in rewards management, with a clear track record of success in developing and delivering effective reward programs.

o Knowledge of global rewards principles and practices, including compensation structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs.

o Candidates with regional experience, encompassing Southeast Asia including India, would be at an advantage.  

o Experience in managing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies in a multi-national company, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.

o  Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across regions.

o Strong analytical & critical thinking skills, ability to interpret and produce high quality, accurate information, and data insights.

o Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

o  Results oriented, strong interpersonal skills, team player who can function effectively and independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

o  Ability to work with ambiguity and operate with integrity and tact when handling highly confidential information.

o  Proficient in Workday, MS Office, database applications.
