Job Description

Our Reserve Card Managers (RCMs) play a critical role in driving UOB’s credit card business in the premium segment. Our RCMs are skilled in managing the lifestyle and banking needs of our Reserve Card clients. They build deep, meaningful relationships and consistently exceed expectations of their clients.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality, luxury retail or air crew

  • Able to communicate with confidence

  • Able to work well under tight timelines and pressure

  • Basic interest in luxury goods, fashion trends, super cars and fine wines

  • Basic understanding of payments and credit card rewards

  • Able to present, promote and sell our card products and related services

  • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills to meet sales goals

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class account management to clients, by anticipating requests and resolving issues in an effective and timely manner

  • Assist with the banking and lifestyle requests of clients; examples include redemption of frequent flyer miles, securing restaurant reservations and making golf bookings

  • Achieve acquisition targets by bringing in new clients through internal leads and external sources

  • Attend related dining/fashion events to build rapport with existing portfolio of clients, and to expand network of potential leads

  • Contribute to overall team results by accomplishing individual sales targets
