Position Purpose: Assist in the development and management of governance and utilization of strategies related to provider performance management, engagement, and communication.

  • Manage tool strategy, governance and plan utilization for provider engagement, including performance tool development, enhancement, sunset and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with Quality and IT teams to develop and manage training priorities, curricula and strategy development ensuring consistent utilization across the enterprise. Identify and prioritize performance insights to develop meaningful and effective provider training
  • Develop and manage provider communication strategy related to engagement, content development ensuring consistency across the enterprise
  • Develop newsletters for multiple plans, detailing provider engagement and performance management strategies
  • Identify gaps and develop and manage strategic projects related to provider engagement, training and communication. Evaluate and measure effectiveness on execution of plans and make updates as needed.
  • Up to 30% travel

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field. 4+ years of strategy, communications or network experience.

Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
