Job Description

The Manager, Product Rollout (Q-Commerce) will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end execution of quick commerce-related rollouts across Pandora. This role focuses on ensuring that quick commerce processes, systems, and services are seamlessly integrated, optimized, and rolled out according to plan. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational success and continuous improvement during quick commerce rollouts, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive rollout strategies for quick commerce onboarding, integration, and performance optimization. Ensure all quick commerce-related initiatives align with Pandora's business objectives
  • Establish clear processes and governance structures for managing the quick commerce rollout lifecycle. Ensure effective project management, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and milestones
  • Work closely with internal teams (including product, operations, marketing, market place experience, legal, finance) to ensure quick commerce rollouts are aligned with broader organizational goals and executed seamlessly
  • Identify potential risks during quick commerce rollouts, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely issue resolution to prevent disruptions
  • Serve as the key point of contact between the quick commerce regional and local teams and senior leadership. Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to quick commerce rollouts. Track the success of each initiative, and analyze results to inform future quick commerce engagements and rollouts
  • Ensure that quick commerce rollouts meet quality standards, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed and resolved during the implementation process
  • Drive ongoing process improvements for quick commerce rollouts by capturing insights from past projects, ensuring that lessons learned are incorporated into future initiatives
  • Develop and maintain governance around documentation including deployment playbooks, FAQs and training materials

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in product operations, go-to-market, program management with a focus on managing large-scale quick commerce rollouts and integrations
  • Proven experience working across cross-functional teams and driving quick commerce-related initiatives
  • Experience in managing quick commerce relationships, including onboarding, performance optimization, and issue resolution
  • Ability to identify risks early in the rollout process and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in working closely with senior leadership, and internal stakeholders from 17 markets across APAC and EU
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with tracking and measuring performance against KPIs to drive successful quick commerce outcomes
  • Highly organized, with experience managing multiple complex deployments simultaneously
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence and other project management platforms (e.g. Asana)
