Airwallex is looking for a Product Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our customers, commercial and product teams. You will directly contribute to the direction of Airwallex’s product strategy, proposition and operational functions that will scale our Product organization. This role can be based in our Singapore, Hong Kong, Me offices.

What you will do:

  • Drive product-market fit across Airwallex’s entire product suite globally by working closely across product, sales, marketing and strategy teams

  • Taking a hands-on approach, build a deep understanding of our customers, market, competitors with commercial and product feedback loops to shape an effective product and commercial strategy

  • Build out the operational processes necessary for the wider product organization and cross-functional teams to execute on our strategy at quality, speed and scale through our intense global expansion and growth phase

  • Deliver thoroughly researched key recommendations and well-structured updates to senior stakeholders including the CEO, SVP of Product, and wider product and commercial leaders

What you will bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in Product, Strategy and/or Operations 

  • 4+ years experience with top-tier strategy/management consulting firms

  • Experience conceptualizing and executing on go-to-market strategies

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with demonstrated academic achievement

  • Self-starter that can identify and prioritize opportunities to focus on - You are willing to roll up sleeves and go deep into the assigned problem

  • Track record of collaborating across teams – You can effectively partner with sales, operations, design, marketing, product and data analytics

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills - you’re able to articulate complex concepts in a simple way

  • Strong analytical and first principles-led problem solving skills

  • Technology, financial services and experience in a hyper-growth environment is good to have
