Job Responsibilities :- Own the full product marketing strategy and performance for Razer’s keyboard category - leading positioning, pricing, launch planning, and lifecycle management to drive global adoption and revenue
- Lead the growth and continuous innovation of Razer’s keyboard portfolio
- Partner closely with Product Development and Engineering to influence feature definition, roadmap prioritization, and ensure market-fit based on user needs and competitive benchmarks
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and social teams to produce engaging content across web, email, video, and social platforms
- Define and lead go-to-market (GTM) plans across key product milestones, working with Brand, Regional Marketing, and Channel teams to deliver impactful launches across all sales channels
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, product gaps, and key differentiators - translating insights into actionable strategies
- Collaborate with global Sales, Channel, and Retail teams to support sell-in efforts, create compelling messaging and training tools, and ensure consistent brand execution at every touchpoint
- Oversee marketing budget allocation for product initiatives and ensure ROI-driven planning aligned with business goals
- Champion cross-functional coordination, driving alignment across product, design, PR, digital, and regional stakeholders to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns and product experiences
- 5-7 years of product marketing experience, preferably in gaming, consumer electronics, or hardware-related industries
- Proven track record of driving successful GTM strategies and managing global product launches end-to-end
- Strong understanding of product positioning, pricing strategy, and market dynamics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across regional and functional teams
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for innovation and gaming
- A gamer mindset is a plus - familiarity with mechanical keyboards and the gaming peripheral ecosystem is highly valued
