Job Description

·        Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and success.

·        Monitor the various strategic initiatives of the team on a global basis to ensure that all are kept on track.

·        Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to align initiatives with company goals and objectives.

·        Oversee the Identification and selection of new payment partners in accordance with the network standards and performance criteria. Provide clear, complete, accurate and compelling information about the process, criteria, expected standards of network partners.

·        Collaborate with sales and account managers to understand route demand from current and new clients. Work in partnership with sales team to attend select client meetings to deliver compelling value proposition relating to routes, local capabilities, pricing linked to volumes etc.

·        Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the cross-border payments space.

·        Drive innovation by proposing and implementing new strategies and initiatives

This role is based out of Singapore and will report to Head of Partner Network, AP Visa Direct.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

  • 5 years or more experience in a global bank or payment company in Network Management, Correspondent Banking, International Cash Management or Transaction Banking in the region.
  • Experience in managing and growing strategic partnerships, particularly in the cross-border payments space
  • Good knowledge of Global Payments.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently under limited supervision
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Good project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Travel maybe required for this role.
