  • Provide maintenance and support for Enterprise IT Network Services
  • Hands-on experience in LAN/WAN/WLAN
  • Experience working with Junipers switches, Fortigate, Palo Alto and checkpoint Firewall, Cisco ASA, Wifi Mbox and Aruba, Bluecoat Solarwinds, Microsoft AD DNS, and SDWAN Infrastructure Technology
  • Perform break-fix which include troubleshooting and problem identification for any network services
  • Able to perform as the role of Project Lead / Coordinator in project management for small to medium size projects or Service Requests
  • Put in plan adequate monitoring on systems/network performance to facilitate capacity planning
  • Performance regular review of capacity and put in appropriate recommend if necessary
  • Ensure IT standards, procedures and policies are in place and are in compliance or accordance to the Head Office or industry best practices
  • Ensure standards, procedures and policies are kept up to date with proper version controls. Ensure baseline are met and no critical audit point
  • To be involved in DR exercise
