Your Mission 

Nuvei’s Integration Management Office (IMO) is expanding to support the integration of Payoneer and future acquisitions across global markets.

This role focuses on driving integration planning and execution across APAC, while working closely with EMEA, and North American teams and leadership to ensure alignment across regions and time zones.

You will play a hands-on role in both building and driving integration activities — including developing materials and plans, tracking progress, resolving issues, and driving alignment across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Planning & Execution

·       Develop and maintain integration plans aligned to deal objectives

·       Drive execution of integration activities from signing through post-close

·       Coordinate across functional workstreams (Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, People, etc.)

·       Track milestones, dependencies, and risks; escalate issues as needed

Integration Coordination & Execution

·       Build, maintain, and drive integration plans and tracking across workstreams

·       Ensure alignment and accountability across global teams (EMEA, APAC, North America)

·       Facilitate decision-making, follow-ups, and issue resolution

·       Support prioritization and sequencing of integration activities

Global Coordination

·       Act as a key point of contact for APAC stakeholders

·       Work closely with North American teams to ensure global alignment

·       Ensure regional requirements are reflected in integration plans

Reporting & Analysis

·       Build and maintain integration materials, including trackers, analyses, and executive updates

·       Track key metrics including milestones, risks, and synergy progress

·       Support analysis of cost, revenue, and operational impacts

Continuous Improvement

·       Support development of repeatable integration tools, templates, and processes

Preferred Qualifications

Core Experience

·       7-10 years in M&A integration

·       Experience working across multiple stakeholders and functions

·       Strong organizational and execution skills

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel

Skills & Capabilities

·       Strong problem-solving and structured thinking

·       Clear and concise communication skills

·       Ability to synthesize inputs into actionable outputs

Tools & Capabilities

·       Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365 — able to build clear, well-structured materials, develop tracking/models, and communicate complex ideas effectively to SLT/ELT

Preferred Experience

·       Experience in payments, fintech, or regulated industries

·       Exposure to cross-border or global programs

·       Experience working across North America, EMEA, and/or APAC

Location & Working Model

·       Ability to collaborate across global time zones, including North American teams and leadership

·       Regular overlap with North American (EST) working hours is required

·       Flexibility to support early mornings or evenings as needed to ensure coverage across regions

·       Willingness to travel as needed

Language Requirements

·       Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required

·       Mandarin preferred
