About This Role

  • This role is part of the Partnership & Operations team which is responsible for driving high-priority cross-functional projects and initiatives that will enable the company to grow sustainably. This role is based in Singapore.
  • We are looking for a highly self-motivated, self-starter individual who collaborates well with others and thrives in a fast paced environment.
  • The role is cross-functional and will involve close collaboration within the team and stakeholders from outside the team to bring initiatives to fruition.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define, translate and drive execution of business strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives and targets.
  • Bring structure to support the overall scale-up phase of the company.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operational workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance scalability.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business operations, providing recommendations for enhancing productivity and cost-efficiency.
  • Work closely with various teams to ensure smooth operational execution and alignment across departments.
  • Ensuring upkeep of critical contract-related databases and dashboards to support analysis and decision making
  • Manage strategic vendor partnerships, resource databases and develop strong relationships with key vendors to achieve maximum Return-On-Investment

We Are Looking For Individuals Who Have / Are…

  • Preferably 10 years of relevant experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, ideally in a tech or high-growth startup to scale-up environment, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scrappy and competitive environment, effectively managing high workloads and delivering consistent results
  • Strong first-principles thinker
  • Plans and organizes well, with the ability to take ownership and follow-through to outcomes
  • Adept at problem-solving and adaptable to situations, including being able to identify issues and escalate them in a timely manner
  • Meticulous and detail oriented, and willing to get hands-on to dive deep and understand the underlying issues
  • Passion for continuous improvement and comfortable with adopting new technologies/ best practices
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Keen, fast learners and self-motivated individuals who possess strong work ownership
