[What the role is]

As a Manager, you will assist to support HR transformation initiatives and continuous improvement across HR operations, with a focus on reviewing processes, strengthening governance, and using data insights to enhance service delivery and decision-making. This role supports the design and implementation of more efficient, scalable and user-centric HR practices, while partnering stakeholders to improve systems, workflows and employee experience.
You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time within a small team.

[What you will be working on]

  • Lead and support HR transformation initiatives to improve HR service delivery, systems, policies and employee experience across the organisation
  • Review, map and streamline HR processes and workflows, identify pain points and control gaps, and recommend practical improvements to enhance efficiency, governance and user experience
  • Explore tools to improve HR analysis of workforce data, generate reports and insights to support decision-making, planning and continuous improvement
  • Partner teams and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, understand operational challenges, and co-develop process and system enhancement solutions
  • Support code of conduct policy development, governance frameworks, and disciplinary activities 
  • Lead and participate in various ad-hoc initiatives and projects as assigned by management

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in AI or work improvement tools or process improvement capabilities
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis, reporting and visualisation tools
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, process review and transformation methodologies
  • Ability to translate data and business needs into actionable insights and improvement recommendations
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management and change management skills

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, HR transformation, process improvement, or HR analytics
  • Experience in reviewing and redesigning processes, implementing system or workflow improvements, and working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Relevant post graduate Diploma in Human Resource / IHRP certification would be advantageous
