Manager, Group Wealth Operations (Portfolio Operations)

How You Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to be meticulous, organized, and proactive. You'll work closely with our front office teams, external custodians, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate stock transfers. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in meeting our high service standards.
What You Do
- Process and verify stock transfer instructions from clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with external custodians and brokers to facilitate stock transfers
- Conduct thorough checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the transfer process
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure audit trails and compliance
Who You Are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in a wealth management or stockbroking environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as SGX and MAS rules
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with operations systems and software
