Overview
The Mastercard Global Fusion and Intelligence program is seeking a Lead, Governance and Strategic Preparedness to join the newest addition to our global network of fusion centers in Singapore. Reporting to the Director of Governance and Strategic Preparedness, The Lead will serve as the operational backbone for four core workstreams that are essential to program integrity and continuous improvement: Lessons Learned, Exercise Planning and Coordination, Regulatory Compliance and Tracking, and Program Management Support.

The Lead will drive day-to-day delivery of critical operational security processes, ensure seamless execution against program priorities, and translate that work into clear, data-driven narratives that demonstrate value to stakeholders. Role
In this position, you will:• Own and facilitate the Fusion Center's Lessons Learned program, driving structured after-action reviews following cyber, fraud, physical security, and crisis events, synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations, tracking remediation progress, and maintaining a knowledge management framework that captures institutional insights across the Singapore site and the broader global network• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of preparedness exercises and Threatcasting events at the regional level, aligned to global program priorities, ensuring outcomes are documented and fed directly into the Lessons Learned program and capability improvement planning• Champion the Fusion Center's regulatory compliance objectives by maintaining an active inventory of requirements across the Asia-Pacific region and globally, tracking obligations, deadlines, and audit readiness, and coordinating with legal, risk, and business unit partners to ensure operations remain aligned with evolving frameworks• Support the Director and Chief of Staff with program management deliverables including reporting, milestone tracking, stakeholder communications, and governance documentation, while contributing to the advancement of Fusion Center capabilities across people, processes, and technology in alignment with global standards
