We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manager, Financial Governance, Tax & Services to join our Finance team at RHB Banking Group. This role supports daily financial operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and contributes to strategic decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis.
What you will be doing• Manage accounts payable/receivable and prepare financial reports
• Support audits and ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations
• Assist in financial statement preparation and regulatory reporting
• Provide financial insights to support management decisions
• Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems and processes, ensuring financial integrity.
• Develop and implement internal controls and financial governance frameworks.
• Support the Head of Department in strategic financial planning and decision-making.
• 3–5 years of experience in external audit, tax, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Excel; Big 4 or banking experience is an advantage
• Resourceful, independent, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards
