Job Description

You will be supporting the Finance team of CapitaLand China Trust Management Limited (CLCTML) and report to the Chief Financial Officer of CLCTML.

Responsibilities

  • Review monthly and recurring journal entries and consolidation journals
  • Prepare monthly consolidation accounts with review of subsidiaries accounts and provide detailed variance analysis against prior year and budget
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, cashflow statements and monthly management reporting
  • Prepare yearly audited financial statements of all subsidiaries and consolidated accounts
  • Prepare yearly budget, quarterly forecast with detailed analysis in board paper for approval
  • Prepare semi-annual distribution to unitholders, half-yearly SGXNET reporting, quarterly board meeting preparation, including board paper and presentation slides and supporting analysis
  • Review computation of GST, income tax and withholding tax
  • Work closely with all business units and overseas counterparts, and external parties including trustee, auditors and tax agent
  • Support merger and acquisition (M&A) and divestment activities
  • Participate in standardization and improvement of processes and procedures while ensuring regulatory compliance, including systems upgrade/implementation or projects coordination
  • Assist in any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy, Certified Public Accountant or possess a professional qualification in Finance
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in consolidation function
  • Preferably with experience in a listed company, REIT or fund management
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Keen learner with positive attitude
  • Self-driven and able to work independently under tight schedules
  • Good team player, strategic thinking with strong interpersonal skills under the fast-paced business environment
