Job Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and engineers focused on manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics solutions to monitor, predict, and improve manufacturing performance.
  • Establish an effective collaboration framework with planning and manufacturing teams to identify key opportunities, metrics and solutions towards improvement of operation efficiency.
  • Drive initiatives for data quality, governance, and integration across OI reports and applications.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Implement machine learning and statistical models to support yield improvement, defect reduction, and predictive maintenance.
  • Manage data infrastructure projects in collaboration with IT and automation teams.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal data security protocols.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance analytics capabilities.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing operations, preferably in a data and analytics role.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and manufacturing KPIs.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with MES and other key systems used in Front-End semiconductor manufacturing.
