Manager/Engineer Leader, Photo Scanner Equipment

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of equipment engineers to coordinate the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Analyze equipment performance, reliability, upgrades, and safety concerns to guarantee smooth operation.
• Establish programs and solutions to increase uptime and address equipment problems that impact the manufacturing process.
• Provide technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations.
• Implement and strictly adhere to safety protocols and standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in managing and leading equipment engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of equipment operation, dependability, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to successfully implement solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, or comparable professional experience.
• Experience in the semiconductor field, particularly with photo scanner machinery.
• Demonstrated ability to compete in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
