As a Corporate Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing our foodpanda for Business offering, helping companies improve employee engagement and welfare through our corporate meal allowance, gift cards, and employee perks programs and driving our B2B growth strategy. You’ll be part of a dynamic corporate team focused on expanding our corporate client base and deepening relationships across industries. This role requires a strong hunter mentality, consultative selling skills, and the ability to deliver measurable business results.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end corporate sales cycles - from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a robust corporate sales pipeline, ensuring consistent activity and conversion across all stages.
- Build and nurture a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, spanning key industries and company sizes.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic outreach to HR, People, and Procurement leaders.
- Partner closely with internal teams (Operations, Account Management) to ensure a seamless onboarding and client experience.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, positioning our solutions as an integral part of their employee experience strategy.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth objectives.
- 2–3 years of proven success in B2B sales or business development, ideally in tech, SaaS, HR solutions, or corporate services.
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Strong ability to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Existing networks or established relationships with HR, People, or Admin leaders is a strong advantage.
- Ability to converse in Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage, to engage with key industry clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
