Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Quick commerce sits at the heart of our organisation's strategy. This role supports the maths behind that growth. You will build the models that turn a wide set of initiatives & drivers - basket size, order frequency, cost per order, assortment mix, store throughput, promotional spend - into one cohesive narrative.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own the numbers end to end. Build and maintain projections, unit economics, ROI cases and scenario plans for new initiatives, store formats and commercial levers.
  • Break problems into levers and reconnect them. Size each driver individually, then wire them into a single output, so a change in any input flows through to contribution, margin or growth without manual rework.
  • Pressure-test your own assumptions. Ground the model in real data, and be candid about which inputs are solid and which are educated guesses.
  • Build workflows at scale. Deep Excel plus AI tooling - LLM-based automation, scripting, low-code - so recurring analysis runs itself.
  • Turn output into a decision. Say what we should do, what it costs, what it returns, and what would have to be true for it to fail.
  • Support budget planning and resource allocation discussions through analysis and recommendations to help meet growth and profitability targets
  • Drive coordination, analysis, progress tracking, and follow-up for the company’s OKR process
  • Actively engage and participate in key regular touchpoints: performance updates, financial reviews, budgeting & strategy, etc.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 3–6 years in strategy, consulting, investment banking or private equity, commercial finance, or a modelling-heavy role in a high-growth operating business.
  • Deep Excel knowledge - ability to build financial models & scenarios with logical assumptions.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools to automate analytical work. SQL and/or Python is a strong plus.
  • Structured problem solving: you can take a vague question and reach a defensible answer.
  • The judgement to know when an estimate is good enough to decide on, and when it is not.
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting financial documents, including country P&Ls and investment proposals, and deriving actions from them.

Additional Information

HOW WE WORK

  • Quick commerce is at the heart of our strategy. It is one of the fastest-growing parts of our business, which brings a distinct set of problems - and the chance to shape answers that do not exist yet.
  • Roll your sleeves up. This is a hands-on role. You will be in the detail as often as you are in the strategy.
  • Ship fast. We would rather deliver a solid solution this month and improve it in the open than a perfect one next quarter.
  • Ambiguity is the starting point. Problem statements arrive half-formed. You are expected to shape them, following a logical, well-reasoned path to an answer.
  • Relationships are the key. Nothing gets done alone. Building trust with cross-functional stakeholders across markets, brands and functions.

Our promise: a fun ride and a deeply enriching professional experience.
