Job Description

Your Career

We are looking for a highly driven manager that can motivate a team composed of regional Lead Development Representative (LDR) and Business Development Representatives (BDR). As a leader, you will play a key role in overseeing the team responsible for qualifying and nurturing inbound and outbound leads, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality prospects into the sales pipeline. This role is pivotal in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives to drive revenue growth.

Your Impact

  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor BDR/LDRs, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.

  • Lead Qualification Oversight: Ensure that LDRs effectively assess inbound leads based on predefined criteria, such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT), to determine sales readiness. 

  • Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates and pipeline contribution, providing regular reports to senior management.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and feedback loops for continuous improvement.

  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine prospecting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and refine lead nurturing strategies, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient progression of leads through the sales funnel.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to align campaigns with lead generation goals and provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

Your Experience 

  • Proven track record in sales or business development roles, with experience managing teams and optimizing lead generation processes.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills; proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

  • Experience in coaching and mentoring individuals to improve their performance and professional development.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation tools, and other relevant technologies

  • 3-5 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role with proven success in achieving targets, and potentially some experience in a leadership or mentorship role

  • Past experience in working with 3rd party Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations and virtual BDR teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

This role is essential for organizations aiming to streamline their lead management processes and enhance collaboration between marketing and sales teams.
