Manager, Business Development and Partnership (KOL)

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development & Partnership manager/specialist to drive customer acquisition in Singapore through KOL collaborations and brand partnerships. This role will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing channel partnerships that enhance our brand visibility, drive user growth, and maximize conversion rates. The ideal candidate has a strong network of influencers and brands, deep experience in partnership marketing, and a keen understanding of performance-driven marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic KOL and brand partnerships to drive customer acquisition and business growth.
  • Execute campaigns and activations (online and offline), ensuring seamless implementation and performance tracking.
  • Optimize channel partner collaborations through data-driven insights, refining acquisition strategies for optimal impact.
  • Negotiate and structure deals and campaigns to align with business objectives and customer growth goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, leveraging insights to explore new opportunities and enhance partnership campaign effectiveness.
  • Support any other relevant channel marketing initiatives where necessary.

  • Proven experience working with KOLs, influencers, and brand collaborations to drive measurable business impact.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking performance metrics and optimizing marketing strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnership marketing, or influencer marketing, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, preferably within the investment, trading, or financial sectors.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a major plus.
