Job Description

  • Lead and support new hotel openings and conversions across Asia, ensuring all projects meet brand standards from validation through to launch.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Development, Design & Technical Services, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver seamless, on-brand openings.
  • Drive consistency in brand identity, guest experience, and positioning across all openings, acting as a key brand guardian for the region.
  • Monitor pipeline growth, track project progress, and provide insights on performance, market opportunities, and continuous improvement in opening processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Communications, ideally within hospitality or a global organization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and fast-paced openings or conversions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
  • Strategic and creative mindset with solid understanding of brand positioning, customer experience, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience in hotel operations or agency environments is a plus.
