The role

In this role, you shall lead and be responsible for the full AV services lifecycle i.e. from gathering and understanding client requirements, coordinating quotations with the AV partner, to ensuring seamless contracting and handover to AV partners, for a successful event delivery. You will be the central point of contact for all AV-related matters, balancing client expectations with operational capabilities and partner deliverables.

This position is ideal for someone who combines strong commercial awareness, project management skills. You must be confident in handling multiple stakeholders, communicating clearly and managing contracts deliverables and timelines.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Take ownership of the entire AV process—from gathering and interpreting client requirements, drafting technical briefs, and coordinating vendor quotations, to final execution and post-event wrap-up.
• Act as the single point of contact for all AV-related communications, ensuring both internal and external stakeholders are aligned on technical needs, timelines, and budget constraints
• Engage with appointed AV partners (e.g. Mediapro, Unearthed Productions) to ensure timely quotations, contract compliance, service-level delivery, and issue resolution before, during, and after events.
• Collaborate with internal teams, and partners to ensure that AV setup, testing, and live support are executed without disruptions to the event flow.
• Proactively communicate any limitations, propose alternatives, and manage feedback throughout the planning and execution process to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor AV-related costs closely, validate vendor invoices, and ensure the delivery of services within approved budgets
• Manage multiple event projects simultaneously, ensuring adequate bandwidth planning and prioritization to meet all service-level commitments.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; candidates with a background in events, communications, or media will have an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in managing client-facing interactions
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with a strong grasp of numbers and financial tracking
• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt quickly to changing needs
• A team player who can lead discussions, resolve issues and follow through on deliverables
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred as you will be liaising with a range of local and regional clients.
