Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you are a seasoned professional who thrives on the front lines of talent acquisition while possessing the maturity to elevate the team’s collective output. 

You will oversee the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent to meet evolving business needs. Beyond execution, you are expected to drive excellence through process enhancements and provide strategic guidance to junior team members. We are looking for a proactive, resourceful leader who balances high-level stakeholder management with a hands-on approach to sourcing and delivery. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • End-to-End Hiring Delivery: Take full accountability for the recruitment lifecycle, from initial intake and strategic sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. 

  • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, offering insights on market trends, salary benchmarking, and workforce planning to ensure alignment with business goals. 

  • Sourcing & Innovation Strategy: Serve as the lead driver in identifying and engaging passive talent. You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques and digital platforms to build robust talent pipelines for niche and critical roles. 

  • Process Excellence & Mentorship: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows. As a senior member of the team, you will provide guidance, support, and best-practice sharing to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement. 

  • Employer Branding & EVP: Play an integral role in shaping and promoting our Employer Value Proposition (EVP). You will lead recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and digital initiatives to strengthen our brand presence in the market. 

  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate experience) to drive efficiency and inform future hiring strategies. 

Requirements 

  • A degree in any discipline with 8–12 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition 

  • Extensive hands-on experience with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-driven sourcing tools, and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and other specialized databases. 

  • Deep knowledge of Singapore’s talent market and a proven track record of successful proactive sourcing for both high-volume and specialized senior roles. 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example. You possess the maturity to handle complex stakeholder relationships and the flexibility to pivot between high-level strategy and tactical execution. 

  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills. You are an independent, resourceful problem-solver who remains a committed team player at heart. 

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities without compromising on the quality of hire or candidate experience.
