Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking an AI Solutions Manager to lead the exploration and assessment of external AI tools, models, and platforms, ensuring the organization is leveraging the best and most relevant technologies in the market. This role focuses on identifying best-in-class AI innovations, conducting technical due diligence, and working with internal teams to determine fit-for-purpose solutions that are handed off to organization for adoption.
This role will serve as a critical intelligence and research node within Razer’s AI team, monitoring trends, conducting evaluations, and delivering actionable insights. You’ll collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists and product managers to ensure that evaluated tools are not only technically sound but also secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Proactively identify and research new and emerging AI technologies, products, APIs, models, platforms, SDKs and tools (both closed and open sourced) relevant to the organization’s needs. 

  • Maintain a live directory of evaluated solutions with technical summaries, pros/cons, and readiness assessments. 

  • Design and lead hands-on evaluations and PoCs (proof of concepts) of candidate AI tools and models (via sandbox testing, etc.). 

  • Evaluate tools for core capabilities, reliability, scalability, usability, licensing, support, compliance and potential ROI. 

  • Assess tools for bias, explainability, performance, data requirements, and integration complexity. 

  • Work with internal stakeholders to map tools to specific use cases and problem areas, identifying clear fits or gaps 

  • Present findings to AI Data Engineering, AI Primitives, Gamer AI, Game Development AI, or Product teams for review and ownership of next steps. 

  • Translate complex AI capabilities into business-relevant summaries for decision-makers 

Pre-Requisites :

Qualifications 

  • 6+ years of experience in AI/ML technologies, product evaluation, game development or technical strategy 

  • 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing AI-driven product development 

  • Ability to work in fast paced, high pressure, agile environment. 

  • Ability to drive innovation and adoption of AI tools in a game studio, with a passion for AI-driven creativity in game development. 

  • Experience in analyzing or assessing AI models, APIs, SDKs, cloud AI platforms, game development tools 

  • Strong in programming languages such as Python, C++, C#. 

  • Experience in using game engines such as Unity, Unreal Engine 

  • Deep understanding and knowledge of AI /ML (Gen AI, Computer Vision, LLMs), Game Development. 

  • Strong ability to critically evaluate trade-offs and determine the feasibility of an AI technology 

  • Experience in developing and deploying applications running on cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform using Infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, containerization tools like Dockers. 

  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of leading successful AI projects with game studios, while working cross functionally across multiple teams. 

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable insights. 

 

Education & Experience 

  • 4-year Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Game Development, AI, or related field from an accredited institution. 

 

Travel Requirements 

  • Role based in Singapore office and may require up to 1 travel trip per year.
