Lead AI operational excellence across the SEAO region by analyzing processes, standardizing SOPs, coordinating AI projects end-to-end, managing governance and platform administration, and delivering dashboards and executive reporting to drive adoption and measurable business value.
Position Summary
As the AI Operations, Analysis & Project Management Manager, you will drive operational excellence across AI initiatives by leading process analysis, governance, and cross-functional project execution throughout the SEAO region.Working closely with RHQ, regional stakeholders, and business teams, you will analyze current operating models, identify productivity opportunities, standardize processes, and coordinate AI initiatives from planning through execution. You will also oversee operational governance, performance tracking, and reporting to ensure AI programs deliver measurable business value.
Role and Responsibilities
Process Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct organization, process, task, and FTE analyses to identify productivity improvement opportunities.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend scalable, standardized ways of working across the SEAO region.
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, governance frameworks, and operational guidelines.
- Support process redesign initiatives to improve operational efficiency and AI adoption.
Project & Program Management
- Coordinate regional AI initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risks are effectively managed.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into structured project plans and execution roadmaps.
- Monitor project performance, prepare executive updates, and recommend corrective actions where required.
- Support regional AI transformation initiatives through structured governance and project coordination.
Governance & Operations
- Manage AI operational governance, including user access, platform administration, and token utilization across regional AI solutions.
- Monitor AI platform usage and operational performance to optimize resource allocation and adoption.
- Ensure governance processes comply with organizational policies and regional standards.
- Support operational readiness for new AI tools, initiatives, and system enhancements.
Performance Insights & Stakeholder Management
- Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor productivity, adoption, operational performance, and project outcomes.
- Analyze trends and recommend opportunities to improve AI utilization and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align priorities, resolve issues, and drive successful project delivery.
- Prepare presentations and structured updates for leadership and regional governance forums.
Skills and Qualifications
- ~10 years of experience in project management, business analysis, process improvement, operations excellence, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
- Experience conducting process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process redesign.
- Strong project management experience across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Experience building dashboards and analyzing operational or business performance metrics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience preparing executive presentations and management reports.
- Experience supporting regional or multinational organizations is highly preferred.
- Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is advantageous.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) is preferred.
