As a Macro Research Analyst at OCBC, you'll have the opportunity to shape the bank's understanding of global economic trends and their impact on our customers. You'll work closely with our economists and strategists to provide insightful research that informs business decisions and helps our customers navigate complex markets.
How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay ahead of the curve on global economic developments, identifying key trends and themes that will shape the future of our business. You'll work collaboratively with our research team to develop and maintain our macroeconomic models, forecasts, and research products.
What you do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and analyzing global economic data and trends
- Developing and maintaining macroeconomic models and forecasts
- Producing high-quality research reports and presentations
- Collaborating with our economists and strategists to develop research products
- Presenting research findings to internal stakeholders and external clients

Who you are
- A degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
- At least 1 years of experience in macroeconomic research or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong understanding of global economic trends and themes
