[What the role is]

[LTA-PT] SENIOR / EXECUTIVE, PUBLIC TRANSPORT PROMOTION

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of the Public Transport Promotion team, supporting initiatives to enhance commuter experience and promote inclusive public transport.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Logistics coordination for outreach events and community engagement activities, including venue sourcing, vendor liaison, and on-site support.
     

  • Liaison with community partners, public transport operators and government agencies for event coordination and outreach activities.
     

  • Database management for volunteer and participant records.
     

  • Assistance with commuter experience improvement initiatives.
     

  • Procurement and support for other operational task as needed to meet the division's objectives including management of awards and recognition programmes.

[What we are looking for]

  • Knowledge in any discipline.
     

  • Candidates with relevant experience in events coordination, data. management, or community engagement may have an added advantage.
     

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
     

  • Good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
     

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
     

  • Pleasant personality with a customer-focused mindset.

As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
