The Role

At Kyndryl, you won’t be building low‑code apps in isolation or for small proof‑of‑concepts. You’ll work with global enterprise clients, modernize core business processes, and help organizations transform how they operate using low‑code platforms. You’ll be trusted to design real solutions, influence architecture decisions, and work closely with business stakeholders who rely on what you build.

What you’ll do
Design, build, and deploy applications using either Microsoft Power Apps or Mendix (you don’t need both)
Create intuitive, data‑driven user experiences and business workflows
Automate processes to remove manual work and improve efficiency
Integrate applications with enterprise systems using Dataverse, APIs, connectors, and external data sources
Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape solutions
Test, deploy, and support applications in production, ensuring performance, security, and reliability
Contribute to platform governance and continuous improvement

Required Skills and Experience
At least 3 years Hands‑on experience building enterprise applications using either Microsoft Power Apps or Mendix (one platform is sufficient)
Strong understanding of low‑code application design, including user experience, business logic, and data‑driven interfaces
Experience with workflow automation, such as Power Automate or equivalent orchestration tools within a low‑code platform
Solid knowledge of data modeling and integrations, including Dataverse or external data sources, APIs, and connectors
Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Understanding of enterprise standards related to security, access control, and governance in application development
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience integrating low‑code applications with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL, or other enterprise systems
Familiarity with Power Platform governance, environment management, or platform administration
Exposure to testing, deployment, and production support of enterprise applications
Awareness of Microsoft Power Platform or Mendix roadmap features and best practices
Experience working in large‑scale, global, or consulting‑style environments
