About the Position

We are seeking an experienced logistics and supply chain professional to oversee the end-to-end process of TECH equipment orders, deliveries, installations and deployment for our data centres and colocations in Asia.

This role covers a range of sites across the Asia market. We are comfortable with this role being based in either our Hong Kong or Singapore office.  

Additional responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Developing, implementing and coordinating comprehensive logistics plans for equipment movement from warehouses to data centres
  • Coordinating the demand plan for the smart hands required in the data centres with key internal stakeholders 
  • Managing the call-off process, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of equipment 
  • Coordinating, with the support of the business stakeholders, the planning of installations and deployments of equipment across multiple sites
  • Working alongside the Procurement team to support the management of inventory levels and identify any stock challenges 
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements where possible
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any logistics-related issues
  • Managing customs broking and paperwork arrangements for both the importing and exporting of goods across the Asian market

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics and project management, preferably in IT or data centre environments
  • Logistics experience in India and China highly preferred
  • Proven successful in managing vendors and coordinating third-party services
  • Understands warehouse operations and inventory management
  • Excellent project manager and resource planner
  • Skilled analytical problem-solver
  • Strong communicator with great people skills
  • Able to streamline and improve processes where possible
  • Fluency in English is required
