We are looking for a dedicated Technical Library Associate to join our growing company. You will work closely with the engineering team to write new technical articles, organize technical documentation, and maintain our online knowledge base. The role may also call for the creation of simple images and making minor adjustments to the knowledge base template.
Primary responsibilities
- Create, update, and refine technical articles based on our wireless transceiver and router products
- Organize technical content such as datasheets and diagrams and make sure they are up to date
- Work with our knowledge base using our hubspot portal
- Make minor adjustments to the look and feel of the knowledge base
- Report to the technical manager, and ensure on time project completion
- Make suggestions and be an active contributor and communicator with other stake holders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, ideally related to wireless communications, networking, or computer science
- 2+ years of experience in technical documentation
- Microsoft office, Google docs or similar software
- Excellent written and verbal communication and writing skills in English
- Experience with chatGpt or other AI tools to generate content
- Meticulous, analytical and enthusiastic in your work
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus
- Knowledge of markup text is a bonus
