Logistics Planner

About the Company

Our Client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions serving companies across multiple industries.

We’re looking for an organised and effective Logistics Planner to work closely with internal teams and external parties, in ensuring smooth operations of supply chain and logistics projects.

• Coordinate planning and operational activities to support project and business requirements;
  
• Monitor inventory, material availability, and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution;
  
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners on scheduling, deliveries, and operational matters;
  
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and tracking information to support decision-making;
  
• Support inventory control, stock reconciliation, and process compliance activities;
  
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow processes;
  
• Provide regular updates on planning, resource utilisation, and operational performance.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline;
  
• Experience in planning, operations, logistics, project coordination, or supply chain functions;
  
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
  
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities;
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools;
  
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
