Coordinate with the Order Management team on shipping-related enquiries.
Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, prepare import and export shipment documentation.
Liaise with transport providers, couriers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely and smooth shipment processing.
Arrange local transportation and dispatch activities, including pickups and deliveries.
Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation, including Proof of Delivery (POD), export permits, invoices, and shipping records.
Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of shipping and customs-related documents.
Prepare logistics reports and performance summaries.
Assist in resolving shipment discrepancies, delivery issues, and transportation-related concerns.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless logistics operations and customer satisfaction.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior.
