Position Summary:
The Logistics Analyst, APAC will support the strategic and tactical management of APAC logistics related matters - focusing on tactical project implementations, manage new product transfer projects, tracking and KPI reporting infrastructure establishment. Being a key member of the Logistics team, he/she should have the ability to lead projects, analyze, apply process improvement capability, build predictive models and conduct business analysis.
Deliverables include managing product transfers and system related projects, identifying logistics gaps; implementing process to improve customers’ experience; providing feedback, reporting and proposals to leadership to assist executive decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage new product transfer and system related projects.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to identify logistics gaps and recommend process improvement to optimize accuracy and efficiency that can be executed within APAC whilst adhering to global requirements.
- Manage appointed service providers to develop logistics solutions and corrective actions to enhance customer experience.
- Identify, recommend and resolve complex technical and operational issues.
- Resolve logistics related matters, establish operation SOPs and develop KPIs.
- Compile, analyze data, prepare reports and recommendation.
- Develop and manage tools and processes to support APAC logistics operations execution.
- Review of Quality Work Instructions to ensure MDSAP compliance.
- Act as the lead APAC Logistics liaison on global and regional projects; facilitate and provide recommendation for key decisions on process to improve customer experience.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain is required. MBA or equivalent is a plus
- At least 5 years of related working experience, preferably in a life sciences manufacturing environment with temperature sensitive products and working with a freight forwarder or strong experience with international logistics
- Strong understanding of the logistics world and processes relating to international shipments
- Experience in project management and driving metrics, especially Product Transfer and SAP related projects
- Experience working with ERP system (SAP, GTS, etc.)
- Experience with business analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Excel, Access)
- Ability to multi-task, embrace change and innovate in a fast pace environment.
- Ability to effectively lead, plan and execute on projects, issues and process improvement
- Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills with great attention to detail and analytical problem solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly motivated and successful individual who can build and maintain a positive, challenging and dynamic work environment.
