Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Sample Operation Management
- Based on Sample Goods Issue request from Business Team, process transaction in system (NERP)
- Based on Collection request from Business Team, process transaction in system (NERP)
- Create manual delivery order and inform LSP (Logistic Service Partner) for on time delivery
- Create manual collection order and inform LSP for on time collection
- Receiving new sample stock from overseas or conversion from A grade goods
- Managing 6 month non moving aging stock
- Support quarterly sample stock count
- Return collection management
Skills and Qualifications
- Min. Diploma with at least 2 years of logistics experience.
- Proficient in Excel for reporting
