What would a Senior Localisation Project  Manager do at Hogarth? 

As a Senior Localisation Project Manager, you'd be responsible for project managing localisation work for our client's Marketing Communication materials across different platforms. Working closely with our client's Marcom Project Managers and a network of creative talents from various markets across South East Asia (SEA), you'd also engage with other cross-functional teams of producers and project managers to ensure work is delivered on time, on quality and within budget. You'd constantly need to communicate and negotiate priorities and deadlines with internal and external teams to ensure expectations are well managed. Your primary tasks include organising and coordinating schedules, distributing workload, tracking progress of projects and allocated budget. 

Essential Skills
  • Basic knowledge of the localisation sector, including trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • Experience in project management, including planning, finance management, coordination, and delivery of complicated, large-scale projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in team management and leadership, have direct reports, and have managed mid-sized teams before. 
  • Collaborated with multi-functional teams.
  • Have experience dealing with key stakeholders.
  • Worked with CAT tools and is IT savvy.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6+ years Project Management background in fast-moving agency environment or any similar field
  • Knowledge in localization, transcreation or language services would be added advantage 
  • Experience managing multi-market projects
  • Experience working on global brands, ideally across all media, including print, interactive and film
  • Demonstrable experience managing total creative workflow, i.e, internal briefing, briefing to vendors/studios, managing key milestones/deadlines, presentations/internal approvals, executions, delivery
  • Proven project management skills
  • Self-driven, organised and have an eye for detail
  • Proficient with technology and tools
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in high-pressure situations and tight time frames
  • A hands-on, can do approach to solving problems
  • Must be able to work on-site at the office in Singapore at times as required, for several weeks at a time
