As a Vice President in our APAC Deposit Management team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client relationship initiatives and advancing our deposit growth strategies. Your work will be central to developing and implementing innovative liquidity solutions, with a critical focus on the effective management of Deposits & Overdrafts. Collaborating closely with sales, product and treasury teams, you will enhance client engagement and drive strategic initiatives to optimize our portfolio. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong grasp of treasury and cash management for wholesale clients along with an in-depth understanding of the regulatory landscape.

Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with various internal stakeholders to drive deposit growth and enhance client engagement.
- Support client deals by providing strategic insights and solutions that align with client needs and objectives.
- Manage pricing strategies for the deposit & overdraft portfolio, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing structures.
- Optimize the balance sheet by identifying and implementing strategies that enhance deposit utilization and overall financial efficiency
- Collaborate across global teams within Liquidity & Account Solutions to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery and product offerings.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and the development of new liquidity and balance sheet deposit management solutions.
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in financial services with a focus on relationship management and client engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal partners.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective pricing strategies for financial products.
- Experience in supporting client transactions and executing deals successfully.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global teams to ensure service alignment across regions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in Transaction Banking/Treasury/Cash Management
- Advanced degree or professional certification in finance or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with APAC markets and regulatory frameworks affecting liquidity and account solutions.
- Understanding of financial markets & macro economics
