What your scope entails
- Support the Head of Marketing in building a young digital bank brand and customer base through lifecycle and engagement marketing strategies.
- Lead the design and implementation of thoughtful and impactful engagement campaigns and communications based on data and sound analysis, to nurture and generate deeper engagement and brand affinity.
- Understand human behaviour and optimise for usage and engagement - be clear on how to drive frequency and breadth of activities with customers.
- Keep pushing boundaries - track app and campaign performance, identify opportunities to test and improve, with the plan to develop new ways to connect with and activate various consumer segments.
The day-to-day activities:
- Design and implement lifecycle and engagement marketing strategies that generate the ongoing product usage, and support the bank’s vision to grow brand loyalty and equip its customers with strong financial literacy.
- Manage day-to-day operations including campaign planning and execution, content development, maintaining communication calendars and timelines, and administration of marketing automation tools (including Saleforce Marketing Cloud).
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
- Guide and nurture junior lifecycle teammate within the marketing team, and collaborate closely with internal teams including business, product, and tech teams to drive business goals and build a kick ass brand.
The must-haves:
If you are passionate about having an irreversible positive impact on the way Singaporeans spend, save, and borrow money, and love building brands from the ground up, this role is for you. You should also meet the following requirements:
- > 5-7 years experience in mid-senior marketing roles, with focus on lifecycle marketing or engagement marketing, with a strong foundation in digital marketing. Client-side marketing experience strongly preferred. Background in payments, financial services, consumer internet, FMCG or in a CRM agency is a plus.
- Loves human nature, data analysis, and storytelling. Observant in identifying patterns and causes, and embraces the challenge of combining them to inspire and motivate customers to action.
- Strong understanding and experience with communication fundamentals and customer segmentation required, to be able to create a good piece of communication, to be sent to the right person at the right time, to achieve a positive outcome for the bank.
- Good understanding of marketing technology and data analysis to ensure marketing efforts can be tracked and optimised. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is ideal, experience with apps and other analytics platforms is a plus.
- Strong team player with strong communication skills and a belief to push boundaries and collaborate to make impactful and beautiful work.
- Start-up experience is a major plus; eagerness to operate in an ever-changing, dynamic, highly competitive and fast-paced environment is a must.
