What the Role Entails

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing company-wide engagement programs, such as team-building activities, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and recognition programs
  • Support internal communication efforts by creating content for newsletters, emails, and intranet updates related to company culture
  • Gather feedback from employees through surveys and focus groups to continuously improve workplace culture
  • Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning events, including logistics and participant communications
  • Assist in curating and developing learning materials, such as presentations, e-learning modules, and training handbooks
  • Research and recommend new learning tools and methods to enhance employee development
  • Contribute to various HR projects aimed at improving the employee experience
  • Assist in compiling reports and analyzing data related to employee training and engagement metrics

    Who We Look For

    Requirements:

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field
    • Strong interest in corporate culture, employee engagement, and learning & development.
    • Bilingual (English/Mandarin) to deal with both international and HQ based stakeholders
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging content for internal communications.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and experience with design tools (Canva, Photoshop), video-editing skills will be a good plus
