Executive Head of Go-to-Market Practice Solutions
The Executive Head of Go-to-Market (GTM) Practice Solutions is a visionary and strategic leadership role, accountable for developing, leading and executing strategic initiatives related to global and regional practice solutions to ensure the achievement of long-term results within the context of a rapidly evolving digital economy.
The primary objective of this role is to lead, manage and implement a consistent and sustainable practice(s) aligned to and in support of the overall business strategy and fulfils business development, practice development and product management functions that accelerate success for the assigned function.
This role ensures that the practice is grown in line with the global solutions and services strategy and contributes to the development of the practice strategy while fostering a collaborative and innovative team cultures focused on strategic and operational excellence.
Executive Head of Adoption Services – Technology Solutions
Head of Adoption Services is a senior leadership role and is a highly critical role required for NTT DATA to build an Adoption practice.
This individual is a strategic advisor, expert on technology adoption and a strong people manager who is required to work with countries and end customers to accelerate their adoption of organizational products and solutions that transform their business and drive business outcomes.
This senior leadership role is accountable for ensuring a high and effective client adoption rate of Technology Infrastructure Services (TIS), and also for providing the sales and client success teams with the information, content, expertise, and tools to help increase sales and drive adoption of services.
The Executive Head of Service Adoption ensures that the Service Adoption Framework includes deliverables to achieve client retentions and expansion of company wallet share.
This senior leadership role is accountable for leading the TIS service adoption function, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on achieving operational excellence.
Head of Application Solutions
The Head of Application Solutions is a senior business leader with full P&L accountability, responsible for driving growth, profitability, and strategic direction of the Application Solutions division. The role combines market-facing leadership with operational excellence, ensuring that client needs are met through innovative, high-quality application services while delivering sustainable financial results.
Senior Director – Services
The Senior Director, Services is a leadership role responsible for ensuring the delivery of Services to clients.
This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Managed Services, Support Services and Technical Services.
This role manages and deploys targeted Services programs to help accelerate sales, client engagement and service delivery and collaborates with cross-functional teams, fostering client relationships, and driving service excellence to meet or exceed client expectations.
The Senior Director, Services drives a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on operational excellence.
Director Strategic Sales (Public Sector / FSI)
The Director, Services Sales is a leadership role, responsible for managing a team of Sales Managers to drive the achievement of sales targets through the allocation of territories and targets resulting in outstanding sales performance.
This role is a combination of management, selling, coaching and leadership activities, with the objective of enabling their sales team to meet the sales targets assigned to them.
The Director, Services Sales ensures the flawless execution of sales initiatives, activities and programs to meet sales revenue and strategy, while simultaneously fostering a collaborative and innovate team culture focused on operational excellence.
AI Solutions Delivery Lead
We are seeking a hands-on operational leader to head our AI Solution Delivery team. This role will oversee a team of 15–20 AI engineers focused on building, deploying, and supporting Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, and broader AI-driven solutions. The leader will be accountable for day-to-day operations, capability development, and ensuring reliable delivery for client projects. Unlike sales or business development roles, this position is dedicated to delivery excellence, team leadership, and operational governance.
