Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the Total Reward Services team, including coaching, performance management, and ongoing talent development.
- Build team capability through structured training, certification, and continuous development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
- Supervise day-to-day Total Rewards operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements
- Manage operational activities related to compensation, benefits, insurance, position management, absences, and related HR lifecycle transactions
- Ensure high data accuracy through robust audit practices, documentation controls, and compliance checks.
- Manage escalations and sophisticated Total Rewards-related inquiries received through case management and inquiry tools
- Maintain strong data integrity through rigorous validation and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements, statutory regulations, and internal policies across supported countries and regions.
Process Improvement & Governance
- Maintain and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge base content, and end-to-end process documentation.
- Drive GPSS improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and AI to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve data quality.
- Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT) and system improvement initiatives in partnership with relevant stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with stakeholders, Centers of Excellence (COEs), GPSS leaders, and external vendors to deliver HR programs, transformation initiatives, and operational support.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or Total Rewards operations, with exposure to regional or multi-country environments.
- Demonstrated people leadership or team-lead experience, with a proven track record to mentor, develop, and engage team members.
- Strong working knowledge of compensation, benefits, HR systems (e.g., Workday), and HR lifecycle transactions.
- Proven experience driving process improvements, standardization, and operational excellence.
- Experience leveraging automation and AI tools to improve HR operations, efficiency, and data quality.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage complexity and priorities effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Relevant HR or Total Rewards professional certifications are an advantage.
