Job Description
We seek a talented and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic Demand Product and Platform team. In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of critical technical products that enhance our platform's capabilities and user experience to help our users discover and fulfill their travel inspiration and needs.
Requirements
Key responsibilities:
- Define and execute the technical product vision and strategy across multiple product lines
- Lead and mentor a team of Technical Product Managers, fostering their growth and development
- Lead the end-to-end technical product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure successful product delivery
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, balancing business goals with technical feasibility
- Work cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to create cohesive product strategies
- Prioritize features and manage backlog based on business impact and technical constraints
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable university
- 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical role within the travel or e-commerce industry
- 2+ years of people management experience, preferably leading product managers
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Proven track record of successful product launches and iterations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and their applications in travel is a plus
