Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior or Lead Software Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building secure, scalable, and user-friendly applications. This role demands full-stack proficiency—backend development with Go and frontend development with React—and offers an exciting opportunity to work on mission-critical features, particularly in the area of authentication and authorization.
You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end features, mentoring engineers, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go (Golang).
Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to plan and deliver features.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy for new and existing systems.
Implement and integrate authentication/authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2, OIDC, JWT.
Promote and follow best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
Review code, mentor junior engineers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Drive performance, security, and maintainability improvements across the stack.
Required:
5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong expertise in Go (Golang) for backend development.
Solid experience with React and TypeScript for frontend development.
Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs (and optionally gRPC).
Good understanding of modern CI/CD workflows, Git-based version control, and automated testing.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Preferred:
Hands-on experience implementing or integrating authentication and authorization systems.
Familiarity with OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, RBAC, SSO, MFA, etc.
Experience with identity platforms (e.g., Auth0, Okta, Firebase Auth) or custom IAM systems.
Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
