Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Lead/Senior QA Engineer Software Engineer – QA and Software Engineer - QA who will have a background in quality assurance processes and methodologies and work with all aspects of quality assurance throughout the entire software development process. They are involved in ensuring that quality is considered early in the design process so that the product will be testable later.
As a Lead/Sr. Software Engineer – QA will work with the development team to design and create automated test workflows ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and validation, focusing on automation, while being proactive, open to feedback, sharing knowledge and information and carrying a positive can-do attitude. And will mentor a Software Engineer - QA to work together on automated and manual testing efforts.
As a Software Engineer -QA will work with the QA Leader and development team to ensure all aspects of testing, support, and test coverage are included in the testing plans. They monitor every phase of the development process to ensure that the design and software adhere to company standards.
Someone in these roles should also have a thorough understanding of QA testing environments and software development life cycles. They help meet sprint deadlines by breaking up the development process into attainable testing goals and relaying any issues back to the development and product teams or leaders
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain test frameworks and tools for the development team
- Perform quality inspections on technical design, processes, test strategies, and risk management
- Coach software engineers on coding, testing, and engineering best practices
- Plan and execute automated and manual testing activities, including usability, performance, and security testing
- Ensure proper test coverage, documentation, and maintenance of test repositories
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and solution fit
- Contribute to the team's technical and cultural growth by making informed decisions, initiating conversations, and constructively challenging existing perspectives
- Monitor, track, and document tests, creating necessary documentation and training materials
- Evaluate alignment of work with strategic initiatives and company goals
· Recommended 2+ years of relevant experience for Software Engineer - QA; 4+ years for Lead/Senior Software Engineer - QA
· BA/BS required, Technical Diploma in Computer Science, MIS, or IT or a related field preferred.
· Must be able to work / be available a couple hours a day that overlap with US business hours.

Proficient in C#/.NET (back-end automation), Angular (front-end validation), and SQL (database testing).Performance Testing:

Competent in executing manual test cases, writing automated scripts, and validating testable code within complex systems.Test Documentation:
Proven ability to develop and maintain clear and structured test documentation, including test plans, cases, scripts, and reports.

Foundational knowledge in:C#/.NET (backend testing), Angular (basic UI validation). SQL (querying and data validation)
Test-Driven Development (TDD):
Basic understanding of TDD principles and willingness to apply them in collaborative development environments.Test Design Techniques (TDT):
Familiarity with white-box testing and foundational ability to design effective test cases.Testing Tools & Frameworks:
Exposure to tools including:Selenium (browser automation), SpecFlow, Gherkin (BDD practices), NUnit, Cucumber (test execution and reporting), Visual Studio (IDE), Entity Framework (data-driven testing)
Manual & Automated Testing:
Ability to execute manual tests, contribute to automation efforts, and write testable code.
Performance Testing:
Awareness of performance testing tools and concepts, with a readiness to contribute to performance evaluations.Test Documentation:
Capable of writing clear test plans, cases, reports, and bug reproduction steps.Good-to-Have Skills for Lead/Sr. SE-QA and SE-QA
AI & Automation Integration:
Use of AI-assisted tools for static analysis and code quality reviews
Familiarity with GitHub Copilot for test generation and productivity enhancement

Applying AI in incident response, bug detection, and SDLC innovation
