The Rewards & Performance Lead is responsible for implementing effective reward strategies and managing performance frameworks that drive employee engagement and align with the company's business objectives.
The Rewards & Performance Lead ensures that compensation and benefits programs are competitive and support a high-performance culture. This role collaborates with various departments to integrate reward and performance initiatives seamlessly into the overall HR strategy, contributing to the company's success.

What you will be responsible for driving:

Rewards:

  • Collaborate closely with Group Rewards to implement Rewards strategies on a local context. 

  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.

  • Provide guidance and support to senior management on reward-related matters.

  • Oversee policies and SOPs related to Compensation and Benefits.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of reward programs and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Lead the annual total compensation review exercise, including managing of budget requests to Group/Management. 

  • Lead the annual benefits review and insured benefits renewal exercise.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

Performance Management:

  • Execute performance management frameworks, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

  • Promote a culture of continuous feedback through the use of the company's 360-degree feedback tool.

  • Facilitate and ensure all necessary tools and systems for the performance management process are set up, tested, and ready for launch in accordance with performance management timelines.

  • Leading the annual performance review exercise. 

Leadership and Management: 

  • Lead and mentor 2 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and success.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in total rewards and performance management

Who we are looking for:

  • Relevant experience with strong knowledge and hands-on experience of Total Rewards and Performance Management;

  • Enthusiastic and confident individual with the ability to interact well with people on a personal and professional level and to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;

  • Effective communicator who is comfortable presenting programs and plans to employee groups, HR and leadership teams;

  • Strong analytical capabilities and able to analyse trends, surveys, and spreadsheets to determine C&B strategies;

  • A good problem solver who is comfortable navigating ambiguity
